Refund and Returns Policy
The return window runs for 30 days from the delivery date.
How to return something
A note to [email protected] with the order number starts it off.
We send the return address and what to include.
Use the original packaging — it was chosen to protect the item.
After we have checked the returned item, you will be refunded to the method you paid with, usually inside five to seven business days.
Condition
We can only take back goods that are unused and still packaged as they were sent.
Opened personal-care and food-contact items are outside the policy for hygiene reasons.
Who pays for the return
Unless we made the mistake, return carriage is at your cost. Damaged, faulty and incorrect items are returned at ours.

Warranty
Some products carry a maker's warranty. That is a contract between you and the maker, and the paperwork is in the box. Lullaby Baby stands behind the description and the condition on delivery, and does not offer an additional guarantee.
