Cancellation is free while the order is still with us. Once it is despatched, treat it as a return.
The timeline
Cancel free of charge. Nothing has left the stockroom.
Call +1 718-499-2742 — we can often still stop it at the bench.
The order cannot be cancelled; use the returns process instead.
You get the whole amount back on the original payment method within about five to seven business days.
How to cancel
Ring +1 718-499-2742 during Mon–Thu: 11:00 AM–6:00 PM · Fri: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM · Sat: Closed · Sun: 11:00 AM–5:00 PM. Email to [email protected] is also read, but a phone call is far more likely to beat the packing bench.
Cancellations by us
Cancellation by Lullaby Baby happens rarely — damaged last stock, a mispriced listing, or an out-of-area address. The reason is given, the refund is complete, and no substitution is made without your agreement.
