We despatch from one location in the United States and use a national carrier for the final delivery.

At the moment we deliver inside the United States and nowhere else. There is no international service.
How long it takes
Picking and packing normally takes one to two business days; delivery generally follows within two to five business days.
Confirmation
An email goes out as soon as the order is taken.
Packing
Allow one to two business days here.
Collection
The carrier scans it and your tracking goes live.
Doorstep
Two to five business days after that, as a rule.
Addresses
Address errors are the single most common cause of a late parcel. Lullaby Baby cannot change a destination after despatch; undeliverable orders are refunded less shipping.
